Christmas Fare - shop local

It will not have gone unnoticed that at 7.00am, on the day when blanket snow was bringing normal life rapidly to a standstill, The Stores in Rushlake Green was already open and doing a brisk business.

This was a vivid  reminder, if one was needed, of how fortunate we are in having a village shop on which we can rely in times of stress.

Remembering to buy from The Stores, whenever possible, can make a real difference to it's long term survival.

The Stores has loads of Christmas essentials and treats - it's surprising what you can find if you look. And it's worth remembering that turkeys, ham joints, sausages, stuffing - along with fruit, veg and breads - can all be ordered in advance.

Parish Church does Christmas

In our What's On section, you can find full details of Warbleton Parish Church services over the Christmas period. This includes 'carols on the green' outside Osborne House, on 22nd December.
