On Monday 5th August inn the morning, Mark Austin will be running a Walk & Sketch session around the grounds of Stonehouse. The session is suitable for everyone from complete novices to those with plenty of experience looking for an interesting location to study. Materials, including hand made charcoal, will be provided. On Monday 5th in the afternoon, local artist Sue Roach will be offering a talk about oil painting materials and techniques. The talk is intended for those with little or no experience of the medium and will include plenty of hints about where to find out more about this medium.
