Preparations are well advanced for this year’s BIG LUNCH street party at Rushlake Green, on Sunday 4th June. In addition to the Warbleton Brass Band, Live Music from ‘Nothing is Real’, a Tug of War, and a Classic Vehicle Display, this year’s entertainment will include Jonathan Kenyon, a member of the Sussex Magic Circle, circulating around the tables. And Stone House has kindly offered to provide some extra parking space on the day. It’s a free event for all the community and as always you’re invited to turn up with own own chairs, food and drink to join others at the long table that will be set out stretching from near the Village Stores to the Horse & Groom – or you can have a picnic on the Green. Don’t miss this amazing community get-together.
