I saw her standing there . . . Love me do . . . Twist and Shout. – Just some of the Beatles songs that will be performed by the band NOTHING IS REAL at their FREE ENTRY charity gig 7.30pm on SAT 4TH NOVEMBER, Dunn Village Hall, Rushlake Green. This will be an amazing night as NOTHING IS REAL celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Beatles’ first two albums ‘Please Please Me’ and ‘with the Beatles’. Both will be played in full by the band. The band are doing this for free, with your donations going to the Children with Cancer Fund.
Bring your own food and refreshments (yes there will be tables). And as an added bonus, Tony tells us that the Rushlake Green Village Stores will re-open from 6.30pm – 8.30pm on Saturday 4th November so that those attending the Nothing is Real charity event can get all the food and drinks they need for a great night out. Tony has promised to stock up on Wine, Beer, Spirits, Soft Drinks, Snacks, Sandwiches, Fruit, cakes, etc. With half of all the profits from this special opening going to the Nothing is Real chosen charity. Tony you’re a gem.
NOTHING IS REAL are a great band of musicians. They were very well received at the Big Lunch earlier this year. Their passion is revising Beatles classic tracks and they do it brilliantly. This event is supported by Little Arts, and Nothing is Real have already asked to take part in the planned 2024 Rushlake Green Little Arts Festival.
