Taking the Crisis out of a Drama

We called up David the manager of Wildbloods in Heathfield and discovered they’re doing an amazing thing this Christmas. They’re breaking with tradition (they normally close a few days before Christmas) and have all agreed to stay open right through to Christmas eve, although if they’re very quite on the 24th they may slip away a little early. Opening tomes this week 9.30 to 5.30. And they’ll then close until the 4th Jan. But the potentially life-saving news is that they will be offering a 24-hour service to provide urgent electrical repairs THROUGHOUT THE CHRISTMAS BREAK. As David put it. “If people lose power, or have an acute electrical failure during the break, we feel we must be ready to respond this Christmas of all Christmases, rather than leave people to a miserable time, possibly isolated and on their own.” To access this electrical repair service for breakdowns and emergencies from 24th Dec to 4th Jan, customers can call the main WILDBLOODS number 01435 864655 to be re-directed to their emergency line, with electricians on call to provide help. Amazing. This definitely merits one of our WOW (Walking on Water) awards for going way beyond the call of duty.
