The Rushlake Green Village Players excelled themselves in this cleverly staged parallel universe sit com. Under the well-paced Directorship of Helen Halliday, the cast worked seamlessly as an an ensemble. With many hilarious moments juxtaposed with well-observed insights into relationship battlegrounds, and a wealth of unforgettable cameo performances, the production had the audience captivated. Well done too to all those that put the production together – from the cleverly designed set, precision sound and perfectly timed lighting changes, to the catering of the accompanying meal and the seamless socially distance table service – this was a triumph for all concerned.
